What do I get for $4.90?
The Starter pack gives you 10 credits for one 10-second Midnight Witch costume video. It is a one-time purchase, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Sign in and verify your email before buying credits.
What photo should I upload?
Use a clear, well-lit photo of one adult, ideally showing the full body and shoes. Choose a normal everyday photo rather than an already heavily edited image. We accept JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 10 MB. You must be 18 or older and have the adult's permission to edit the photo.
Does it include music, Ramalama dancing or an outfit-change effect?
The current result is a silent Midnight Witch costume walk, with the costume already applied in the opening frame. It does not include music, guaranteed Ramalama choreography, beat matching or an on-screen outfit transformation. You can add music in your own editing or social app. Only the Midnight Witch style is available, and results vary by photo.
How long does generation take?
Generation can take several minutes and may take longer when the provider is busy. You can return to the studio to check your existing task. If it says the submission is being checked, wait for that task to resolve rather than submitting it again. We cannot guarantee a fixed completion time.
What happens if generation fails?
Confirmed generation failures automatically return the task's original credits. A delayed or uncertain submission must first be checked. If the provider rejects the photo during content review, wait for the credit return, choose a different clear photo and try again. Returning credits is different from refunding a payment.
Can I download the video, and how long is it kept?
Yes. Open your completed video in the studio and use Download MP4 to save it. Site photos normally expire after 7 days and completed videos after 30 days, so download anything you want to keep. Uploads are not published as public examples. Unfinished tasks and provider storage have separate retention details in our privacy policy.
How do I get help or request a payment refund?
Use the support center for order, credit or video problems. For an entirely unused credit pack, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase; we review the original order and usage first. Used packs, service defects and other applicable rights are handled individually under our credit and refund rules.
