Service and operator

TrendPogo is operated by AETHERVOICE LLC, registered in United States. This company is the service provider and merchant for TrendPogo purchases. Your card statement may identify the merchant as AETHERVOICE. It turns an authorized adult photo into an AI Halloween costume video. The currently available Witch style creates a 10-second silent costume walk; the costume is already present at the beginning. We do not promise exact Ramalama choreography, music synchronization or identical results. Review the real examples before ordering.

Eligibility and photos

You must be at least 18 and have permission from the adults depicted to submit and process their photo using the disclosed AI services. You retain your rights in inputs and permit the processing and hosting needed to provide this service. Do not upload children, nonconsensual or exploitative material, or use the service for impersonation, fraud, harassment, illegal activity or infringement. Review the result and obtain any rights needed for music or other material you add later.

Accounts and credits

Keep account access secure and provide an email you control. Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, with no automatic renewal. The catalog currently offers 10 credits for $4.90, 30 for $12.90 and 80 for $29.90 in USD; the checkout confirms the applicable total before payment. One accepted video-generation task consumes 10 credits for the combined image/video process. Purchased packs currently have no automatic credit-expiry date. Credits are an account usage balance, not transferable funds or an investment.

Confirmed failed tasks return their original consumed credits automatically, except that credits are not duplicated after an order refund. An uncertain provider submission is held for review and is not blindly submitted again. Replaying the same accepted request does not charge again; intentionally submitting another request is a new task. Upload and active-generation limits are shown in the interface.

Refunds, files and support

See the credit and refund policy. A credit return and a payment refund are separate actions. Deleted or expired media does not itself trigger either action. Site photos normally expire after 7 days and videos after 30 days, with active-task and storage-failure exceptions. See the privacy policy and media library for actual expiry/status information and deletion controls. Download outputs you wish to keep.

Use the support portal for account access, payment, generation or privacy issues. It accepts signed-in and guest requests. Keep the private conversation link and check it for replies; portal messages do not generate email notifications. We may verify ownership before disclosing data, changing access or refunding an order.

Availability and changes

AI outputs can vary and contain defects. We may pause new generation for provider failures, insufficient provider balance, security issues or maintenance. Accepted requests may still finish after a pause. We may limit access for misuse and will handle remaining balances or remedies according to applicable rights. We can update service rules prospectively with notice where required; changes do not remove mandatory consumer or privacy rights. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Contact support about a dispute; available legal remedies remain unaffected.
