TrendPogo purchases are supplied by AETHERVOICE LLC, registered in United States. Your card statement may identify the merchant as AETHERVOICE. Submit payment or refund questions through the support center.

Generation credits

One video task costs 10 credits. Confirmed failures return that task's original credits automatically, without duplicating credits already removed by an order refund. Unknown provider submissions require review. Successful generation does not guarantee a particular artistic result. Report an unusable or materially incorrect output through support so we can investigate. File deletion, media expiry or deciding not to use a result does not automatically return credits.

Requesting a payment refund

For an entirely unused one-time credit pack, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase through the support portal. Include the order reference, account email and reason; do not include card numbers. We verify the original order and usage before processing. Approval cancels the credits associated with that purchase and returns the eligible payment to its original method. The current operator flow processes whole-order refunds rather than an automatic prorated cash refund per remaining credit.

For used or partly used packs, duplicate/unauthorized charges, service defects, or another legal entitlement, contact support for an individual review. A general rule about unused packs does not reduce mandatory withdrawal, refund, chargeback or other rights under applicable law. We do not claim you waived statutory rights merely by accepting these terms or starting a generation.

A support reply is not itself a completed refund. The order must show the actual processor status; a refund can remain pending or fail. Bank timing depends on the original payment method and issuer. See Stripe's refund explanation. Do not submit repeated refund requests while one is processing. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals to cancel for these credit packs.
